Yoana was born in Romania and immigrated to the States with her family when she was 13 years old. After school, she helped her mom who assisted in and then ran her own adult family home. In 1996, Yoana opened her own adult family home in Fairwood, Renton, WA. Yoana draws upon her extensive experience in this field to provide quality training to her staff and the best care possible for her residents. She is passionate about cleanliness, tasty food, and providing a family environment where everyone can thrive. Her goals for residents are to live life fully – enjoying encouraging community and quality care for them and their families. She has even had the privilege of providing care for multiple generations within the same family. Many of her residents choose her adult family home based on referrals from friends and family of those she has cared for. 

Yoana enjoys cooking, pickleball, skiing and family get togethers with her husband, kids and grandkids. 

Our home is located in the quite neighborhood of Fairwood West, about 10 minutes from 405 and within walking distance to the library, banks, restaurants, Safeway, and other stores.  It is approximately 4 minutes from the local fire station and 10 minutes from Valley Medical Hospital. We have an inviting covered back deck patio area for enjoying the flowers and fresh air.
